Each ml of Arnica ointment contains:
Arnica Arnica montana fresh organic flowers, 140 mg/ml.
NMI: first cold pressed organic olive oil, organic beeswax.

Traditionally used to soothe sore muscles and inflammation due to sprains, bruises, and wounds.
Adults and childrens 12 years and older: apply the salve externally. Do not use internally or on open wounds or broken skin, if allergic to the Asteraceae family, if pregnant or breastfeeding.  Discontinue in case of dermatitis and eczema. For prolonged use, consult a healthcare practitioner.
